Billie Jo Ross, 56, of Oxford, NY. Passed away on March 6, 2021. Billie Jo was born in Norwich, NY. Daughter of William Dutcher Jr. and Elsie McGowan Dutcher. Billie Jo was predeceased by her father William.
Billie Jo is survived by her mother Elsie Coles, her boyfriend Douglas Mazza, and by her children Jessica Mills (Aron Howe), Gerrid Ross (Cary Ann Ross), and Allen Ross (DeAnna Ross). She is also survived by her siblings Bobbie Jo Dean, Betty Jo Sutton (Scott Sutton), Gen Spencer (Kurt Spencer), and William Dutcher (Monique Dutcher). Billie Jo is also survived by her grandchildren Rachele, Josh, Tanner, Bradin, Collin, Kaylyn, and Mackenzie. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Billie Jo worked at Oxford Academy and Central Schools for over 20 years, because she loved working with children. She was a longtime member of the Oxford Fire Department Auxiliary. Billie Jo enjoyed doing arts and crafts and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her.
