Billy lee howe

Billy L. Howe, 64 of Norwich passed away on June 21, 2021. He was born on March 1, 1957 in Norwich a son of the late Raymond and Vivian (King) Howe. He was married to Lisa Bush in 1983, then he married Carolyn Button in 1997.
He is survived by his children, Aron Howe (Jessica Mills) of Norwich, Alicia (John) Snow of Norwich, Taryn Howe and Chris Pfeifer of Norwich, and Eric (Billie) Howe of Franklin, KY; his siblings, Timothy (Dorothea) Howe of Norwich, David (Terri) Howe of Sherburne, Robert (Rebecca) Howe of Huntington, West Virginia, Wynn (Tina) Howe of South New Berlin, and Karen Howe (Mike Kline) of Norwich. 17 grandchildren also survive. He was predeceased by his son, Andrew Howe, sisters, Joyce Howe and Rosie Howe, and his brother Clarence Howe.
Billy attended Oxford Academy and Central School. After school he worked until becoming disabled following an automobile accident. Billy loved working on vehicles and spoiling his grandchildren.
