Brian chapman

Brian R. Chapman, 55, of Oxford, passed away on March 12, 2020. Brian was born in Norwich, NY son of Richard and Barbara Chapman.
Brian is survived by his parents and his children Brianne Chapman, Taylor Chapman, Sara Chapman, and Ryan Chapman. He is also survived by his grandson Connor and his brother George Chapman.
Brian was a free spirit who enjoyed hunting and fishing and had a green thumb. He worked for Barrows Septic. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
