Carrie Sue Bush 1960-2023

Our loving daughter, wife, mother, grandma, and sister, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on August 14, 2023. Carrie married Allen D. Bush on April 21, 1979, and together they raised four children who were her everything.

 April (Glenn) Davis, Corey (Erica) Bush, Chad (Danielle) Bush, and her son Jonathan Bush, who she has been reunited with. From these children she was blessed with nine grandchildren. Shaina (Steve), Owen (Victoria) , Shan’ee, Regan, Dawson, Makayla, Josiah, Jackson, and Noah, and 3 great grandchildren Carter, Aleigha, Gabriel, and one due in March 2024. Carrie also had three bonus grandchildren Jasmine, Landen, and Kenzie. Carrie is also survived by her father Douglas Dean and her siblings Sari Carey, Judi (Pete) Mansheffer, Paul Dean, and many in laws and nieces and nephews. Carrie was predeceased by her mother Wilma Dean and her son Jonathan Bush.

Carrie cared for and loved so many throughout the years. Her door was always open as well as her heart.  She is “aka” known as Ma, or Grandma Carrie. She is loved by so many and will be dearly missed. A missing piece to our puzzle.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Carrie’s memory can be made to the St. Jude’s Children's Cancer Research.
