Charles palmer

Charles W. Palmer, 98 of Norwich, passed away on October 10, 2021 at Chenango Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 5, 1923 in Gulford son of the late Earl and Minnie (Utter) Palmer.
He is survived by his daughter in law, Shirley Palmer; his grandchildren, Shannon Palmer (Bob Johnson), and Shawn Palmer (Suzanne Palmer); several great grandchildren and his new best friend, great great grandson, Lucas Palmer. He was predeceased by his wife of 69 years, Lillian (Towhie) Palmer, his son, Thomas Earl Palmer, great granddaughter, Ashley Michael and his best friend, Jack, the big black dog.
Charley was a social guy who love to hunt, fish and tinker in his woodshop. He was an honest and hard working man, who lived a good long life. He will be missed the most by his grandchildren, Shannon and Shawn.
Honoring Charley's wishes, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Grandview Estates Veterinary in memory of Jack and all the family pets.
