Dane is survived by his loving mother, Debra Hofmann of Oxford; his brother Kellen Seiler and sister Teagen Seiler both of Oxford. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents- grandmother, Barbara Castle and grandfather, Stanley (Donna) Barrows both of Oxford, and his paternal grandparents -grandmother, Grace (Bill) Chase of Sherburne; his aunts, Aunt Wendy (Cheryl) Hofmann, and Debbie Neumann and uncles- Richard (Lori) Hofmann, Stan Barrows and Jason Barrows, as well as surrogate aunts- Shelly LoGerfo and Lori Dushko and Jace Hart who he fondly referred to as his Uncle Stinky Britches. Dane was a very special and creative young man who loved to think outside the box. He was witty, handsome, with an infectious smile and an awesome sense of humor. He was a free spirit and had great compassion for others and a soft and gentle heart. He loved animals- most especially his beloved cats Mr. Kitty, Princess, and Lizzie Borden, and his dog Silas. Dane had a passion for music and enjoyed playing his guitar and was very artistic and liked to sketch. He was also an avid snowboarder who loved the outdoors and spent a lot of time at the quarry exploring and just "chilling". Spending time with friends and family was one of his favorite things to do and what he enjoyed most was spending time with his brother Kellen and sister Teagen, whom he adored and shared a very close bond with. Dane was extremely proud of Kellen and Teagen and they looked up to him-the three of them loved being together.
Dane will be forever loved and missed by all that knew him. Forever and always in our hearts.
