Darlene gifford

Darlene Gifford, 70 of Norwich passed away on April 13, 2021 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City. She was born on January 21, 1951 in Norwich a daughter of the late Albert and May (Gould) Gifford.
She is survived by her children; Nichole Gibson and husband Jeramy, and Ashley Diamond and husband Chris Smith; her sister, Barbara Plonus and husband Bob; and her grandchildren, Ali and Dakota Pascocello.
Darlene was a special and caring individual. She will be remembered by her classmates as an active participant in both drama and band. Darlene was also an avid reader, especially Stephen King and Dean Koontz. She was a fan of Star Wars and Star Trek. She had a great love for cats and animals. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford with Pastor Richard Howard officiating. Friends and family may call at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
