Imogene cobb

Imogene "Ladybug" Cobb, 99, of Oxford passed away at her home on December 7, 2021. She was born on December 2, 1922, in Cincinnatus, NY a daughter of the late Leo and Leita (Smith) Perkins. On October 31, 1942, in Cincinnatus she married Edward Cobb, who passed away on May 20, 2000.
Imogene is survived by her children, Patricia J. Cobb, Michael and Roxanne Cobb, Curtis and Mary Cobb and Stephan Cobb; her sister, Cleora Mudge; her grandchildren, Richard and Tammy Cobb, Brett and Shellie Cobb, Brian Cobb, Carl and Jessie Cobb, and Sara and David Kasregis; here great grandchildren, Christopher and Shirley Cobb, Lauren and Enrique Gonzalez, Elias Cobb, Mia Ramey, Karsyn Ramey, and Finnian Kasregis; and her future great great grandson. She was predeceased by her brothers: Warren Perkins, Keith Perkins, Paul Perkins, and Earl Perkins.
Imogene graduated from Cincinnatus High School. After moving to Oxford, she worked at Dunckel's Egg Farm, Crescent Corset Co. and NBT Bank. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary 189 in Norwich. She enjoyed bowling and golf and a good game of pitch. She and her husband enjoyed camping and spending their winters in Florida. She was and ardent fan of the New York Yankees.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Fred Downs officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Oxford. Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
