James f. mcgowan

James "Pete" McGowan, 88 passed away on July 13, 2017. He was predeceased by his wife, Laura McGowan, his brothers Cecil McGowan, Leo McGowan, and Harold McGowan and his sister Annie Robbins.
James is survived by his son James McGowan, his daughter Debra Kuhn, his sister Elsie Dutcher, 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
James was a life member of the Christy Rock Post VFW 2782 and the Lt. Warren Eaton Post 189. He was also a member of the Norwich American Legion Fort Hill Post # 189, The Sidney Elks Club, and The Sidney Moose Club.
Memorial contributions in James' name can be made out to the Norwich American Legion Post 189 at 29 Sheldon Street, Norwich, NY 13815.
