Kathleen M. Kilbury, of Whitney Point, NY, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2016 due to the result of a tragic car accident. She was born on July 20, 1947 in Bainbridge, NY a daughter of the late Carlton and Thelma Tuttle. She is predeceased by her parents as well as her mother and father In- Law Smith and Marian Kilbury.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 46 years David Kilbury. Kathy is also survived by her son Chad Kilbury (Trina Stillwell), her brothers Robert Tuttle, Jim Tuttle, and David Tuttle. Also surviving are her sisters Josie Tuttle, and Reatha Tuttle, along with several loving nieces, nephews, extended family, as well as her golf family.
During her life Kathleen loved the thrill of going to the casino. She enjoyed golfing every chance she could get with her amazing golf friends as well as her cousin Jerry. She enjoyed taking the time in life for travel and adventure. Kathleen also spent 20 years of her life working with special education children at Whitney Point Central School District. She was a member of the Whitney Point American Legion Aux Post #974, and a 46 year member if the Ford Hill Country Club in Whitney Point, NY. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family and will be remembered as being a loving wife, a devoted mother, a crafty woman with an amazing since of humor, and chad's #1 Fan. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. To all of those who knew Kathleen FORE!!
