On February 24th, 2025, Lorena “Rena” Auwarter was called home to the Lord’s side surrounded by her loving family at her daughter’s home. “Mom,” as she was affectionately known, spread joy throughout her beloved community in Oxford, NY. She will be missed by her fellow members of the daughters of the American Revolution, and her friends at the Oxford Memorial library.
Lorena is survived by her husband, Bradley Sr., her children and their families; Angela and Richard Harris, Bradley Jr. and Jean Auwarter, Daniel Auwarter and Sarah Brady, and Kevin and Carrie Auwarter, as well as her many grandsons and granddaughters; Robert Harris, Kaitlyn and Jerry Deis, Noah and Sarah Auwarter, Randi and Alex Latta, Lily Auwarter, and Natalie Auwarter.
