Michael j. behr

Michael J. Behr Jr. 30, of Oxford passed away unexpectedly in his home on January 17, 2017. Michael was born in Goshen, NY son of Michael J. Behr Sr. and Donna (Finch) Behr.
Michael is survived by his loving parents as well as his three sisters, Chelsey Behr and Jeffery Tracey, Crystal Behr and Joseph Tracy, and Rebecca Behr, and his nieces and nephews Maddison Behr, Owen Behr and Joseph Tracy Jr. Mike is also survived by his grandmother Jeanne Behr, and his Grandmother and Grandfather William and Michele Finch. Also surviving mike are his closest friends Josh Neer, Shawn Dewey, and Tim Cunnius.
Michael was a member the Hi-Skor Lanes, men's bowling league. He loved to go snowmobiling and four-wheeling, spending time with his nieces and nephews and giving them rides on the snowmobile and four-wheelers. He loved partying with his friends and simply having a good time. He enjoyed canoe trips down the river, camping and fishing. Mike had a "green thumb" and an amazing way with plants. He loved his friends and family including his dog "Bud". Mike will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc. 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY 13830. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's RCC in Oxford, NY, with Father Gerard Lupa officiating.
