Myra jeannette webb

Jeannette (Hoyt) Webb, 91 of Oxford passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at her home. She was born on October 16, 1920 in Binghamton a daughter of the late William and Myra (Wheeler) Hoyt. On September 28, 1945 she married Donald C. Webb, who passed away on November 11, 1995.
She is survived by her children; Stephen Cameron Webb and wife, Sharon of Springfield, GA, Michael Christopher Webb and wife, Janet of Port Crane, and Susan Elizabeth Transue and husband, Alan of Johnson City. She is also survived by three grandsons, William Cameron Webb, Bryan Cameron Webb and Matthew Brian Webb and a great granddaughter and a great grandson. She is also survived by her very special friend Vincent Marsenelli of Oxford.
Jeannette graduated from Binghamton High School in 1939 and SUNY Fredonia in 1943. She then served in the US Army during World War II. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Oxford.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford, NY. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Oxford . Memorial contributions may be made to the Oxford Emergency Squad, PO Box 172, Oxford, NY 13830.
