Patricia Williams, 79 of Oxford NY passed away on December 3, 2020. Born in February 1941.
Patricia was an Oxford Academy Central School graduate who was part of many associations. She was a member of the Oxford Fire Department Auxiliary, the Oxford Rod and Gun Club, Chenango County Fire Department, the Oxford Head Start Program and was also a past member of the Plymouth Reservoir Lake Owners Association. Ernest and Patricia shared the "Williams Hobby Shop together". She was an Administrative Assistant at HGH Construction, she also worked at the NYS Department of Labor/ Experience Works, and Chenango County Area Agency on Aging and a cook at Bida Nursing Home.
Patricia is predeceased by her parents George and Viola Simmons Funaro. Her siblings Anthony and Sandy Funaro and Joanna Simpson. She is also predeceased by her in laws Frank and Beverly Williams, Robert and Dorla Williams, Mary Ballard, Gene Hamilton, Ervie Bush, Douglas and Phillis Williams, Curtis Williams and Donald Williams.
Patricia is survived by her husband Ernest L Williams who she married on October 25, 1958. She is also survived by her children; Theresa L (Mark) Pier, Dennis L (Tammy) Williams, Sylvia Barrows and Glenn Keeney. James C (Linda) Williams Sr. and Paul L (Jacki) Williams. Her in laws; Steve Simpson, Doris Bush, Marie Hamilton, Linda (John) Covel, Gerald (Eleanor) Williams, and Kathy (Danny) Frayer. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc. 21 Main Street Oxford NY, 13830. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December8, 2020 at 1:00PM.
