Peter Hofmann

Peter J Hofmann, 51 of Mt Upton NY passed unexpectedly on September 15^th, 2023. Peter was born in Norwich NY to Frank and Linda (Schneider) Hofmann.

Peter graduated from Oxford Academy and Central School and continued his education at Rochester Institute Technology where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Peter worked for the New York State Department of Transportation in Bainbridge, NY. One of his many hobbies he enjoyed was woodworking.  Peter was a loving Husband, Son, Brother, and Uncle.

Peter is survived by his parents Frank and Linda Hofmann and his In-laws Tom (Wendy) Caroll and Rita Bush. He is also survived by his sister Elizabeth Bunce and his niece Sophia Bunce and several aunts, uncles, and cousins and his dearest wife Diane Hofmann and her children, Fox and Raven Rydzy.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc. 21 Main Street, Oxford NY 13830.  A celebration of life will be held at Frank and Linda Hofmann's home on October 21^st, 2023, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM.
