Sandra 'sandy' howard

Sandra Su Howard, 62 of Oxford passed away on November 22, 2016 at her home, with her family by her side. She was born on July 11, 1954 in Norwich a daughter of the late Charles and Ida Mae "Toots" (Handy) Reihl. On October 16, 1971, she married Richard K. Howard, Sr., who survives.
Besides her husband of 45 years, Richard, she is survived by her; son and daughter in law, Richard and Crissy (Ross) Howard, Jr.; her daughter and son in law, Krissy and Bill Christian; grandchildren, Emily, Josh, Erin and Justin; her siblings, Carol Nichols, Micky and Jim Barber, Cindy Reihl, Ricky and Sharon Reihl, and Chucky Reihl. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews including her very special aunt Betty Biviano. She is also survived by her godson, Keith Tompkins (Sugar Bear) and long-time family friend, Larry Tompkins and predeceased by her special friend, Carolyn Fisher.
Sandy enjoyed spending time hanging out with her husband and grandchildren. She was always smiling and happy. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time at the casino. She had worked at Champion Products, Wal Mart and Dunkin Donuts.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford, NY with Pastor Richard Howard officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chenango County, 21 Hayes St., Norwich, NY 13815.
