Stuart 'bill' ballard

Stuart "Bill" Ballard, 77, residing at the VA Home in Oxford, passed away January 12th, 2021. He is predeceased by his parents Hazen and Anne, infant brother Douglas and brother Keith Ballard. He is survived by his son Daron (Linda) Ballard and daughter Cherie Ballard, grandsons Dylon, Brandon and Jordan Ballard, great-grandsons, Madden, Harrison and Waylon; brothers Donald Ballard, Gerald (Linda) Ballard, Robert (Adele) Ballard, sister-in-law Susan Ballard, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was a proud US Army-Vietnam War Veteran. He loved being outdoors, played softball for many years on several teams in the Triple Cities, and worked in construction over 40 years. We would like to thank the entire staff at the VA Home for taking care of Bill for the past six years and especially their support during this pandemic. Memorial contributions may be made to the NYS Veteran's Home-Pet Food Fund, 4207 NY State Route 220, Oxford, NY 13830. A Military Service will be held at the family's convenience.
