Wilma (Luce) Dean
Wilma (Luce) Dean, 84, of Oxford, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021, after a near five-year battle with ovarian cancer. Wilma was born on Jan. 11, 1937, the daughter of Kenneth and Elda Luce.
Wilma is survived by her husband almost 66 years, Douglas, and children, Paul, Sari (Carey), Carrie (Bush) and Judi (Mansheffer). She is also survived by grandchildren, April (Bush) Davis, Megan Carey, Corey Bush, Marcus Carey, Chad Bush, Devin Dean and Arden Dean. Also surviving are great-grandchildren Shaina Davis, Owen Davis, Shanee Bush, Reagan Sabines, Jackson Bush, Noah Bush, Makayla Bush, Dawson Bush, Josiah Bush, Zara Carey, Dean Carey, Greyson Carey and Alexandra Carey; and great-great grandchildren Aleigha, Carter and Gabriel.
Sisters Bernice Brenchley and Glenda Washburn also survive her.
She had many friends, in laws, bonus children and extended family, all over the U.S. and Canada, who will greatly miss her as well. To her, they were all family.
Besides her parents, Wilma was predeceased by her brothers, Lester Luce, and Wilson "Whiggy" Luce, and a grandson, Jonathan Bush.
As per Wilma's wishes, there were no services or calling hours.
